Excerpt From My Book:
The Emperor’s tail whips through the air as it soars in an ark of wings and spines. It lets out a guttural bellow that reverberates from its gullet.
“Aerys! Get its tail!” I call to the other rider, soaring on his Maned Aero, named Razi—A large female wyvern or more accurately known as the species of wyvern called Aero, and its subspecies, Maned Aero that appears as a large feline with two hind legs and two, wide-spanned feathery wings. I perch atop my own Emperor Aero, who’s name is Karu. Karu drops from above, bombing the larger Emperor with his sharp talons and whip-spiked tail swinging at its head. Razi swoops in, and Aerys; perched atop the wyvern’s back, throws a large net over the wild Aero’s tail, tangling it so it is no longer functional.
